Tahini Miso Ginger Sauce


Great with greens!

This sauce is great for when trying to add more dark leafy greens to your diet. A little drizzle goes a long way! I also enjoy drizzled on a bowl of brown rice, baked sweet potato and steamed kale (add lentils or chickpeas for a complete meal!).


3/4 cup tahini

3 T white or yellow miso

3 T maple syrup

3 T water

1 T fresh grated or 1 tsp jarred chopped ginger

(optional: 1 T rice vinegar or fresh lemon juice)



Whisk everything together until smooth, starting with 1/ 8 cup warm water and adding more as needed for consistency.
